1. Shipping Origins & Destination
Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from our Fulfillment Center in Jinan, Shandong, China.
Service Areas: We currently provide shipping exclusively to the United States and Canada.
2. Shipping Costs & Duties (DDP Service)
To provide a seamless luxury experience, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.
No Hidden Fees: We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are pre-paid by AUTOJONG.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
3. Order Processing & Handling
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT - Pacific Time, Los Angeles) will begin processing the following business day.
Verification: For security, high-value orders may require a brief phone or email verification before dispatch.
4. Transit Time & Delivery
Due to the specialized nature and premium craftsmanship of AUTOJONG automatic mahjong tables, we utilize a dedicated Ocean Freight + Local Last-Mile Delivery network. This ensures your investment is handled with the utmost care from our fulfillment center to your door.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
To provide the best value to our customers, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders. This service includes full customs clearance and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—meaning all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. There are no hidden fees upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery: 33–42 Business Days
Coverage: United States & Canada
Note: Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and include ocean transit, customs processing, and final doorstep delivery.
The Fulfillment Process:
Professional Handling & Dispatch: Your table undergoes a final quality inspection before being securely crated and dispatched from our center within 1-3 business days.
Ocean Transit: Secure international shipping and professional port handling.
Customs Clearance: Handled entirely by our specialized logistics team for a hassle-free experience.
Final Doorstep Delivery: Once cleared, your table is handed to a local professional carrier (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or specialized furniture movers) for final delivery. You will receive tracking updates once the final mile journey begins.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of dispatch.
Update Frequency: Please note that tracking details may remain static while the shipment is on the ocean. Updates will resume once the container is scanned at the destination port.
6. Delivery Requirements
Contact Information: A valid phone number is mandatory at checkout. The local carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
Signature Required: For your protection, all AUTOJONG tables require an adult signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the product's dimensions.
7. Delays & Disruptions
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors such as port congestion, customs inspections, or extreme weather. AUTOJONG will proactively communicate any significant changes to your delivery timeline.
