At AUTOJONG, we are committed to delivering our premium automatic mahjong tables safely and transparently to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Origins & Destination

Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Jinan, Shandong, China.

Service Areas: We currently ship to eligible destinations in the United States and Canada.

2. Shipping Costs & Duties (DDP Service)

We generally provide complimentary shipping for eligible destinations.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable local taxes are included. There are no hidden fees at delivery.

The price displayed at checkout reflects the total amount payable for your order.

3. Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT (Pacific Time, Los Angeles) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Verification: High-value orders may require a brief phone or email verification before dispatch for security purposes.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

Due to the specialized nature and premium craftsmanship of AUTOJONG tables, we use a dedicated shipping network combining ocean freight and local last-mile delivery.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (Premium Eco-Freight)
    • Cost: Free (for eligible destinations)
    • Estimated Delivery: approximately 33–42 business days
    • Coverage: United States & Canada

Fulfillment Process:

  1. Professional Handling & Dispatch: Tables undergo a final quality inspection and are securely crated within 1–3 business days.
  2. Ocean Transit: Secure international shipping and port handling.
  3. Customs Clearance: Fully managed by our specialized logistics team.
  4. Final Doorstep Delivery: A local professional carrier (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or specialized movers) completes the delivery. Tracking updates are provided once the final-mile delivery begins.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Provided via email within 48 hours of dispatch.
  • Update Frequency: Tracking may remain static while in transit; updates resume once scanned at the destination port.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Contact Information: A valid phone number is required at checkout so the carrier can schedule your delivery.
  • Signature Required: An adult signature is required upon delivery for all tables.
  • Address Accuracy: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and specialized handling requirements.

7. Delays & Disruptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to port congestion, customs inspections, extreme weather, or other external factors. AUTOJONG will communicate any significant changes to your delivery timeline.
