Do you offer customization?

Yes. We offer a range of customization options, including:

If you would like to customize your table, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you with a tailored solution.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

AUTOJONG tables typically arrive within 4–6 weeks after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.

How are AUTOJONG tables shipped?

Due to the size and weight of the product, all AUTOJONG tables are shipped by ocean freight.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos immediately and contact us right away.

We will arrange a return or replacement, and we will also send you a thoughtful AUTOJONG gift as a small gesture of apology.

Assembly & Setup

Does the table require assembly?

Yes. Some simple assembly is required.

What if I’m not comfortable assembling it myself?

What if I’m not comfortable assembling it myself?
No problem at all. AUTOJONG comes with a clear, step-by-step installation manual along with video guidance to walk you through the entire process. Most customers find it simple and straightforward to set up.

If you prefer not to assemble it yourself, we also offer an optional White Glove Delivery Service, where our team will handle the setup for you.

Do you offer installation service?

Because assembly is very simple, we do not usually offer free in-home installation.

However, if you need additional help, we can provide white-glove installation service for an additional fee, depending on your location and situation. In most cases, the cost will not exceed $200.

Will instructions be included?

Yes. We provide a detailed instruction manual and installation video.

If needed, we can also offer one-on-one video guidance to help you complete the setup.

Is AUTOJONG designed for American Mahjong?

Yes. AUTOJONG is specially designed for American Mahjong.

What is included with the table?

Each set includes:

  • Automatic mahjong table
  • Two American mahjong tile sets
  • Accessory kit
  • User instructions

What materials are available?

Our standard options include walnut and white oak.

We can also accommodate custom material requests based on customer needs.

How quiet is the table?

AUTOJONG is designed for ultra-quiet operation, with sound levels as low as 46 dB.

What if the machine jams or stops working?

The AUTOJONG system has been developed and refined over four years. From structural design to key components, everything has been carefully tested to ensure reliable performance.

Under normal use, the chance of a tile jam is extremely low.

If a jam does happen, simply:

  • Lift the panel
  • Remove the stuck tile
  • Restart the machine

The table can then return to normal operation. We also provide clear user instructions for this situation.

Warranty & Support

What warranty do you offer?

AUTOJONG tables are covered by:

  • 1-year free replacement for core components
  • 5-year warranty for the full table structure
  • Up to 15 years of service support

What do “core components” refer to?

Core components refer specifically to the internal automatic shuffling and tile-building system.

What if the warranty period has ended? Can I still buy parts?

Yes. Even after the warranty period has ended, we continue to provide long-term support.

You can still purchase replacement parts from us, including items such as motors, control boards, and dedicated magnetic mahjong tiles. We also continue to offer repair support whenever possible.
