AUTOJONG – Return & Refund Policy

At AUTOJONG, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures to help ensure a fair experience for all customers.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in substantially the same condition as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
Custom-made products, personalized products, and items marked as "Final Sale" are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Due to the size and specialized nature of AUTOJONG products:

For returns not related to product defects or shipping damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

AUTOJONG cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are shipped without tracking information.

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns that are not related to manufacturing defects may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us at info@autojong.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or video showing both the product and its packaging.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed or accepted.

7. Refund Processing

Returned items are typically inspected within three (3) business days after receipt.
We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. AUTOJONG Circle™ Program

For members participating in the AUTOJONG Circle™ program:

Referral rewards, member benefits, and program-related credits are generally finalized only after the applicable return period has expired.
Returning an order may affect any pending rewards, benefits, or credits associated with that purchase.

Program benefits are subject to applicable program terms and conditions.
