AUTOJONG – Return & Refund Policy

At AUTOJONG, we strive for transparency. This policy outlines our procedures to ensure a fair experience for all customers.
1. Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful return, please confirm the following:
Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received.
Packaging: Must be in the original factory packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, personalized orders, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Please note that due to the specialized nature of our products, the following shipping rules apply:
Customer Responsibility: For non-quality related returns (e.g., "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Shipping Estimates: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
To maintain high-quality inventory standards:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns that are not due to manufacturing defects. This fee covers inspection and repackaging costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives damaged:
Reporting: You must notify us at info@autojong.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Please attach clear photos or video footage of the damage and the shipping box.
Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Process & Address
Step 1: Email us at info@autojong.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Step 2: Once approved, ship the item to our international processing center:

Note: Items sent back without a prior RMA will not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing
Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
Notification: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Payout: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
8. AUTOJONG Circle™ Program
For members of the AUTOJONG Circle™:
Rewards and points are finalized only after the 14-day return window has closed.
Returning an order will result in the forfeiture of any pending rewards associated with that specific purchase.
