AUTOJONG was created by people who genuinely enjoy Mahjong.
For us, the game has always been about spending time together.
It is a simple, social experience that has been shared across generations.
How it started
I first learned Mahjong from my grandmother.
At that time, everything was done by hand —
shuffling, stacking, and setting up each round.
As automatic Mahjong tables became more common,
we began using them as well.
Over time, we experienced several issues with different tables,
including durability, noise, and overall design.
What we observed
After further research, we found that many automatic Mahjong tables available in the U.S. market are adapted from existing machines, rather than specifically designed for American Mahjong.
This can sometimes result in:
Inconsistent performance over time
Noticeable operational noise
Designs that may not integrate well into home environments
Why AUTOJONG
AUTOJONG was developed with a focus on American Mahjong usage and home integration.
Instead of modifying existing models,
we aimed to create a product with:
A structure designed for 152-tile gameplay
Consideration for noise levels during operation
A design approach that aligns with modern home furniture
