How do I earn the $200 cash reward?

Earn a $200 reward on qualifying referrals.
Rewards are issued only after qualifying orders are completed and remain beyond the return period.

What counts as a successful referral?

Once your referred friend completes their purchase and their automatic mahjong table is delivered, a 30-day clearing period begins (to align with our return policy). After 30 days, your $200 reward will be issued via your preferred payout method (PayPal or Store Credit).

Can I earn rewards from more than one referral?

Yes. There is no strict limit. The more successful referrals you make, the more rewards you can earn,and successfully completed according to our program guidelines.

What kind of gifts do Circle members receive?

Gifts may include exclusive AUTOJONG Circle™ items, member-only surprises, or special campaign rewards released throughout the program.

Can individual rewards and Circle team rewards be combined?

Yes. Depending on the campaign structure, members may qualify for both individual referral rewards and team-based Circle

When do I receive my reward?

Rewards are processed after the referred order is completed and verified.

What happens if a referred order is returned?

Rewards are only issued after the return period has passed.
If an order is returned or refunded, the associated reward will not be issued.

What happens if someone in a Circle team returns their order?

The Circle is built on a complete group of four.
If any member’s referred order is returned, the Circle may no longer meet the qualification requirements for the team reward
This ensures fairness and consistency for all members.

What are Private Circle gatherings?

Founding members may receive invitations to planned Circle events. Attendance is subject to schedule and member eligibility.
